Been having a great time on Winter Break with the kids. We went to the Howell Nature Center on Monday
www.howellnaturecenter.org and saw so many cool animals including the snowy owl pictured here! They had at least 8 kinds of owls, tons of hawks, an eagle, deer, beavers, woodchucks, opossums and even a coyote!! When we visited with the coyote we were informed that we could howl with him if we wanted. So we went by his enclosure and all howled together - it was so cool (a howling good time!!). This nature center rehabilitates injured animals and will release them back into the wild if able. What a great place - it's a must see attraction for any animal lover in the Detroit area!! xoxo A.Joy
