Gotta review my Foo experience from last night!! Wow - what a great show. The opening bands were so-so (Against Me and Serg something). But when the Foos hit the stage - they had more energy that a room full of puppies in the morning!! Half way thru the set - the entire band walked down a ramp thru the middle of the arena (Joe Louis) and from the ceiling - another stage dropped down for their acoustic set. Dave told the crowd "you thought your seats were in the back - well now they are in the front!!" Very cool!! My friend Gary gave me their set list - and I was quite popular with that - people were taking pictures of it and even wanting a picture with me - hahaha!! Thanks GM for the awesome night!! Going to see one of the most energetic front men around this weekend - Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters. I love a band with energy and he writes great songs to boot!!! I bet you will see a wild Almond Joy at her next performance (Detroit Zoo) due to witnessing this rock-n-roll great!!! xoxo A.Joy

Candy Band land is in a deep freeze. Yesterday morning - I drove the kids to school and the temperature was 2 degrees out. As we were on our way to school - the temp went up to 3 and my daughter told me that it felt a little warmer!! I am soooooo bummmmmmed!! I took my rocks out of the rock tumbler after patiently waiting two weeks and the petoskey stone shrunk!! It used to be the size of a silver dollar and now it is smaller than a dime. I wish I would have been warned!!! It is little and cute though.
