A few weeks ago we had my daughter's first communion. I bought an expensive cake from the bakery, and had it sitting on the counter. An hour or so after buying the cake, we walked in the kitchen to find our border collie had eaten half of the cake... and licked off most of the frosting on the cake that was left! We love our Hubie... but we don't love his habit of pulling food off the counter top!
