Yesterday I went to my first aerobic class since summer ended. I CANNOT MOVE TODAY! I am totally remembering the pain of "starting over". I feel like I am 100 years old. Hopefully this will pass as soon as I go to a few more classes. Tomorrow I will go to Starburst class - hopefully she will take it easy? xoxo A.Joy
