Wow - my next vacation destination = Arkansas. There is a park there that is open to the public and has diamonds just laying on the ground + finders = keepers!!! A little girl found this yesterday and it is worth $15,000. I just say the movie "Blood Diamond" and I like the Arkansas story better!!
